EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
  • As a company policy, we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Please read product description carefully before purchasing.
  • If the product is received in a damaged condition, please share a picture at mychampskart@gmail.com or whatsapp us on +91-9403056666. We will confirm if the product is eligible for exchange. However, for any complaints after 48 hours of delivery, a replacement can not be offered.
  • Once we confirm, please send it back to us with your order number. After sending the product back to us, delivered to us we will either send you a fresh piece or refund the amount.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
  • We partner with the best of delivery services in India such as Delhivery, FedEx and DTDC to ship your order at the earliest.
  • Shipping takes 2-8 days but during holidays and festivals it may take longer.
